PARIS–Justin is a man of his word, but he also loves surprises. A vintage car ride around Paris, similar to the one in the Woody Allen movie “Midnight in Paris”, capped by a proposal just as the Eiffel Tower was about to sparkle, a surprise visit of Jeffrey and Justin’s parents who had arrived in Paris to celebrate the engagement the day before, and then a magnificent banquet at the Shangri-la Hotel. The romantic evening ended in a magnificent duplex suite overlooking the Eiffel Tower….
